For Thursday: DS9 1.1&2 — “Emissary”
We’re off Monday, and the new series starts on Thursday! After two weeks of all DS9, we will settle into the pattern of TNG Season 6 on Monday, and DS9 Season 1 on Thursdays.

I have the DVd box for the first season of Deep Space Nine. it´s timeless, it´s exciting and its deep.

Those DVD sets are hard to come by these days! For the complete series they are asking $510 at Amazon.

Kevin Black Wow. I don’t remember how much I paid for them, but I got all the ST sets a few years ago — some on “deal days”, I think, and I don’t recall the overall price(s) to be outrageous. I got all the TV series sets & the movie sets as well. Put by for “future need”.
hah– looked it up — paid $300 for DS9 set 5 years ago. I must have been feeling enthused at the time.

Blair Jones i dont have all the DVDs of al the series, but still i got a whole bunch of them, including Babylon 5. But we were right after all, as many people have them on hard drives, and they erase themselves over time, and streaming channels like Netflix love to delete them. So nothing like having the original episodes on DVDs or blurays

I have B5 as well; also Crusade. And Stargate SG-1.
(Also some CD/DVDs of various ST comic book sets, but that’s a whole ‘nother topic.)
As you note, you never know when they’ll be “unavailable”, so it’s nice to have them in hard-copy just-in-case.
