We’re closing in on TNG. With ST4 posting on Monday, we could start “Encounter at Farpoint” as early as October 9th or 13th. Who besides our stalwart Randi Cohen is ready to jump in on a rewatch of TNG? I hear it’s popular. 🙂 As a related question: any ideas for promotions to draw in more active participants? Darn G+ for not being as popular as Facebook.

One thing we could do is move to one episode per week, if keeping up with 2 per week with occasional catch-up days and holidays is too much of a barrier.
All things being equal, I’d rather make faster progress–getting through a 7-season series like TNG could take 3.6 years versus 2.3 years if we persevere. Having open and active discussions is so fun and enlightening, however, that I’m open to people’s thoughts on the subject.
